In the investment horizon of 5 years, we can expect an increased demand for the purchase of land in this area. Demand can lead to an increase of the price of land to 50 CZK/m2, which is an appreciation of 500%. In this situation, is the land still going to be the cheapest in all over Europe.

Horizon

In the next 5 years, Ukraine is already fully restored and very prosperous. We expect stable growth up to 100CZK /meter. At this time, your investment would have achieved 1000% appreciation.
